Cableguy, I'd get this dumbbytch FIRED and leave it at that. Don't waste energy on litigation. In the grand scheme it's not a huge deal. If she flung hot fries or oil at you, or spat/shat in your McBiscuit then CACHING BYTCHES!!!! you sue them to the GROUND.

But man you handled it well, you basically handled it cool, calm, and served up some whoopass to those fugly bytches. I've had service reps/drug reps treat me like this before and calling me stupid for thinking another product is better. I basically just said, "I don't care how great your product is, because obviously your employees are the sh1t of the crop. I will never buy from your company, I will call your company about this, I will speak with the CEO and I will never recommend your company to any of my colleagues."

She basically had a pure "I just got served" look on her face and I kicked her out of my office.

I follow through with my verbalized promises. 2 days later, another rep from the company comes, super cute, she literally has a goddamn CART of free samples and enough for me to use for a month or two. I get discounts for a year. Later I get a call from the VP of sales and get an apology plus assurrance that the bytch was fired.

End of story. Some people cross the fvcking line and keep walking seeing how much shyt you will take. I take no shyt and once they cross that line I will put them down hard and punish them until they squeal "uncle" then I will punish them some more until they are destroyed spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and financially.

The thing about dishing out justice is you gotta serve it hard and thoroughly or if that bytch gets up you will have a nuisance on your hands. Put them down in 1 shot. Good post, good thread man. VERY cathartic.
This was something I was wrestling with in the beginning. I can be a very nasty motherfvcker when you cross me. There was a HUGE part of me that wanted to see this chick in the unemployment line. At the very least I wanted to embarrass this chick the way she embarrassed me, but decided to handle things differently. It was somewhat counterintuative.

I posted here to see what other people thought. I personally don't want to be the guy who goes ape shyt when people simply cross the line. I may exact revenge for lack of a better word, but I want to be cool, calm, and collected about it. The whole situation was a BIG test for me. A few years ago I would've handled things differently. It's a confirmation of sorts that I'm growing and maturing. I don't neccessarily feel the need to "show somebody who's boss" anymore. I assume they will know it when I'm done with them.
