Respect Question

Does anyone else notice this? Im a junior in highschool (age16).

Ok it goes like this (applies only to male buddies)

People whom you ignore or don't spend much time talking to have more respect for you while people you know and hang out with do not

I'm not saying this is true but i noticed that it occurs around me a lot. people i barely know go out of there way to say "hi" or "whatsup" even though my response gives a "i do'nt really want to talk to you right now" atttitude.

on the other hand, some close friends seem to try and walk over me all the time. anyone else notice a similar trend??

it doesn't matter cause i will remember that
i'm confident/****y/funny
and i'm a young DJ that will always be learning.

don't listen to the idiots who try telling you what to do... half of the high school people here are brainwashed people with clichéd responses.

i say this because you never asked what to do... and they told you how to fix "it".

and half of the high school kids here are delusional... they can't see a similar trend to what you said... because they really don't have any friends.

as for me... i notice that a lot too. i think it's because people's comfortability with each other.

the more comfortable they are (pretty much based on if whether or not they can beat your ass), the more they feel relaxed to act that way. and vise-versa.

Listen to l'Arcangelo...its all about comfort level....people you dont know arent going to randomly say **** to u....would u....male friends tend to rip on each other all the time....its what guys do with their friends....rip right back at them....everyone should be able to take it as well as they dish it out...i mean dont go crazy or anything...but teasing and messing around are fun...try not to look at it as "walking all over u" more expressing their friendship

Ya I noticed that and I took a stand and if my friends disrespect I guy em a good knocking around. lol they know not to disrespect me.
