resident evil degeration: 2 totally different points of view

my GF and I sat down and watched this movie last night, and I have never seen a movie in my life where 2 people had these totally opposite points of views. my GF hated it. went to sleep on the couch with about 25 mintues left in the movie. I thought it was the best movie I saw all year.

I guess it has to do with the fact that the previous resident evil movies have absolutly nothing to do witht he game, and this one does. It's the first resident evil movie that actually has something to do with the games, so if you are they a resident evil nut like me, you will freaking love this movie. The G virus is what freaking made the resident evil franchise, something that the movies just dont' capture, and this movie "gets it". boy does it get it. lol.

But I supposed you have to know what the G virus is going into the movie, becuase the movie wastes no time educating you on what is what and who is who. you don't see the big deal when clare meets back up with chris, or the fact that the movie was nothing but cut scenes taking from the game. that unbrella box cart scene is straight from Resident Evil Disk 2 lol

How the hell did she not like the movie, most resident evil games/movies are very very thought out and the plot is pretty rich hence (Wesker being in the first game all the way to 5) . I havent seen the movie but one part I didnt like in the trailer was how leon looked like he was wearing his outfit form re4 and clair was wearing the veronica clothes.


The thing I hated was the movie "Resident evil, apoc, extinction." I mean the only good thing about these movies was.....practically nothing I hated them the only part I actually watch is the second one where stars fights the nemesis and then I do something else. I agree with what capcom said about the movies "It wasnt that good but it put out the name "Resident Evil," To more people and that means more publicity. I just wish they put the trailer for re5 in the movies like they did with Halo..
This series and Silent Hill have 2 of the best story arcs I have seen in a game the only other game that comes close to that FOR ME would have to be Mass.

Ohh and Wesker is going to dominate in re5 and jill is going to be evil .

the fact that you know the difference between code veronica and RE 4, and probably nemesis and 2, proves my point. lol

the movies have nothing to do with the actual game, which sucks becuase the game's plot is VERY good.

You guys should look up "Wesker's reports," On Youtube....it explains the WHOLE story with wesker narrating!

Plus if your a re fan you should at least KNOW umbrella is an AWESOME company name.

I just bought the game and beat it within three days and it was the best resident evil game that I have ever played (closely followed by the original and RE:CVX).

I now have to go buy the new RE movie and cannot wait for the new game to come out.

If it is the part at the end of the first disk with Claire, there is an easy solution to it.

I remember that if you can get him into the center of the airplane, you can run around in circles continuously without a problem because he always spins.

If I didn't learn that, I would always think that it was a ***** of a level. Great game btw.

I've only played Resident Evil 4 but man was that a joy to play. I've never heard of this movie before, I have to watch it now.

....wow the only one you played was re4..... I seriously think you should play 0-4 or at least listen to the wesker reports to at least know the story, that's like watching a sequel to a movie without knowing what the damn movie is about.
