I've just recently made my lifting workout, but i don't know how many reps and sets to do. Atm I'm doing:

Bench Presses
Overhead Presses
Barbell Rows
Squats
Dead lifts
Bar Dips

I'm not naturally strong so i doubt I'll be able to do many, but any help would be appreciated.

For the first two or three weeks, I'd recommend using less weight for 10-12 reps while focusing on perfect form. Once you've learned the lifts well, try to work with more weight in the 3-8 rep range.

Check out the "Where to Start" sticky at the top of the forum. Good ideas for starter programs, including all sets/reps.

Good selection of exercises.
Do half of those one day (e.g: Squat, BP, Row, the other DL, OP, Dip) one day for 5x5 sets/reps, and the same the next.
With the deadlift, however, you do one or two sets of 5 then build up to your maximum with 5x1, thats 5 sets of 1 rep.

Try this beginner strength training program

Do 5x5 : 5sets of 5reps.

No, i wasn't planning to do all those in workout :p . But I've decided to try out Stronglifts's Beginner Training Program. I've checked out the site and the program looks pretty good.
