Err … as dumb as this may sound, I would like to know how do you’ll keep yourself in a positive state of mind always?
I for one, have continued days of ‘feeling like crap’. Basically, on these days …. I feel good for nothing. Things like
*Average Academic Marks.
*Poor Sport Skills.
*Lack of right attitude at dealing with people.
*Continued waste of time.
*Not enough gains at weight lifting.
** By lack of right attitude with dealing with people, I mean. At times, they affect me a lot. Like for example there’s one guy in my class …. who’s pretty good an Alpha Male at times I think … but whenever I talk to him he makes me feel like crap. He’s an okay buddy of mine.
One encounter, that made me feel like that was …we recently had cricket matches and he participated, he urged me to play … but I was like no, I’m not too good at it. But he persisted with atleast give it a try and why do you think so …etc
Then a little later when we had bball matches, I told him to join the team. He’s like NO. Before, I could tell him anything … he’s like NO, I do not want to play.
Thing is even after being so stubborn and arrogant, he has all the friends. But when I treat people like equals, I guess it doesn’t workout too good.
Do you’ll have any motivating quotes or things to occupy yourselves with it?
