Don't beat yourself up. I want to say I have never given a girl a second chance but I did. I gave it to my ex-wife and it was just a honeymoon fling really. She eventually found something else which was funny because they say 90% of rebounds dont work...I guess I was actually the rebound.

I did not want her anyways but in all of my other relationships I never had the girl come back now that I think of it.

You know what i looked at some of these replies and thought to myself "What do you know about relationships" ...needless to say it didn't work out for the second time, i feel like such an idiot thinking it would ever work out, now i sit here feeling the worst i've ever felt in my life.

Remember, you are not a failure by making mistakes, you're a failure if you do not learn from the mistakes you make by repeating them again.

Just remember that most relationships weaken drastically when you split for the first time and more often than not that split will not go away, the split is merely painted over and hidden, but the split still remains and will eventually resurface again and again and again which is why you need to steer clear of getting back together for a second, third, fourth time etc because you are just wasting your time.
