Make sure you're dosing up on antioxidants. That's the source of your problems--be it through a deficiency or a buildup of free radicals from eating a lot of food.

Vit E, Vit A (beta kerotene, ideally), Vit C, selenium, r-ALA, green tea, etc...

I'd rather die in my 60's or 70's than live to be 100. Really what is the point in living that long. Once you get into your 80's eventually you are going to turn into a baby again. What I mean by that is you will need other people to take care of you. What's the point of life when you get that old?

i rather have a rick james kinda lifestyle and die at 56 than have a ****ing monk lifestyle and live to be more than 100 years old

Sounds like someone has been reading bb.com ;)

Those will only be a good investment if your diet is in a good condition. They're not essential, but occasionally cycling that [in my own experience] can bring back a sort of freshness.
