There have been many studies (will look up references if interested) that show that a reduced caloric intake increases your life expectancy. The basic theory is that your body is an engine... Throw too much at it and it over heats.
The majority of people aged 100+ have been shown to eat around 1,300 calories/day througt their life.
Just curious. How many calories do *you* eat in a day?
Me, even with lifting, around 1,400 calories. Yes, I know that is *way* below normal. I honestly try to eat more, but that is with six meals/day... That includes about 170g or protien.
(Oh and this is TheRisingSon... Somehow I got 2 nicks...)
