back in june i picked up some hot woman who works in investment banking and works stupid hours.. i.e. everyday is like 7am-7pm minimum and sometimes weekends.. i was suppose to teach her to play golf but i was suffering some medical health ailment that was dehabilitating so ended up only contacting her like over a week after i got the number.
anyway she said something along the lines of 'its about time you give me that famous golf lesson'
so i thought things were good and i made the suggestion to get together that weekend for it in the evening and she was being evasive afterwards which was odd saying she rather drink a ****tail at that time.. (i wasn't sure if she meant US going for a drink or a general brush off.. it was the latter)
2 weeks later i recontacted to say 'hey it was my birthday 2 days ago, you didn't give me a birthday kiss'
she texts me a day later 'oh sorry, but u didnt invite me to your bday party, i am offended!'
i send 'i didnt have a birthday party. im just saying u didnt give me a bday kiss! haha. i guess u can make it up to me in some way.. how i do not know, but we'll figure something out starting with celebratory drinks this weekend perhaps.. any other suggestions?'
no reply. this was 2 months ago, i left it after that and forgot about her.
i would call her BUT she's always so busy with work her weekends are only free, so it's like a risk for her use her free time to spend with someone shes not interested in.
anyway, i was feeling desperate and stupid the other day and i randomly texted her: 'hey. are you still around (location where she lived)?'
tonight she texts me: 'hey, stranger, yes i still am living there. u ok?'
should i bother replying to this? if so, what?
i was figuring making suggestions to teach her golf (but not in the evening) bu then it just seems like she wants my attention, as validation ego boost.
I JUST REALISED THIS: the way it's written may seem like she doesn't recognise the number and doesn't want to admit that she's deleted it to avoid conflict?
english isn't her first language so it's hard for me to read into it.
