Really close friend starts to like me

May be hard to believe but, there are quite a few girls interested in me at school, ive said this before, its a good confidence boost too. Anyhow my close friend for 4-5 years is starting to like me, how can i make it obvious to her that im not interested in her?

It is totally you and I mean this as a compliment.

Anyway though if you are really not interested in her and she is not attractive at all just friendzone her like chicks do regularly to their male AFC friends who are interested in them.

Just keep treating her like a friend as others have said and put up stop signs directly or indirectly as she tries to advance on ya.

Isn't it weird and ironic how we spend all this time trying to make ourselves better or be someone else around girls we are attracted to, then girls we are friends with like us.

Wouldn't it be great if we could just be ourselves purely around everyone without any effort?
