I never flame people kid - look at my posts that aren't responding to skippies flames (he was banned nine times for flaming) and you'll see my advice gives much more insight then most of these threads on the forum -- go read them now -- also notice the response from those I counsel and how they say "I'm on the mark and on point"!! Go read them now.
