i gave this chick my demo cd in class last tuesday. I'm going to see her this upcoming tuesday. If she says she really liked it (which is usually my feedback from other people) where should i go from there. She shows interest and i'm gaming light. Gave her the cd for a possible il booster. But now i don't know what to do from here.


she does have a boyfriend but knows i'm interested. Still chooses to sit by me and chats quite a bit

True DJ"s don't use gimmicks to get a girl to be interested in them. They know how attraction works and use it on any girl they like. Its like that whole "study date" thing that AFC's use and then suddenly expect something "magical" to happen.

And how does she know your interested? Have you even read the Bible yet? You should NEVER EVER reveal how you feel about a girl until you know for certain how she feels about you. Meaning she tells you flat out she has interest. You got some reading to do bro.

Just cause she likes your music doesn't mean she's interested. I hope you're not judging her interest level like that?

She knows you're interested, but you have no idea how she feels about you beyond that fact that she sits by you and talks to you? (You could be in the friends zone) But bro, that's a TERRIBLE position to be in. I usually like to have the girl in that position (where I know how she feels [by reading her signals/body language] but she has NO IDEA how I feel)...that means I'm the one holding the cards.

And I agree with pimp-sicle. Too many guys are trying to use gimmicks. You shouldn't try to get her interested because of your music...that's like showing off. And lets say you do get her because you're a good musician, what happens when someone who is a better musician than you comes along? She'll leave you for him because that's what the interest was based off of. Same goes with guys who use money or cars to 'hook' women...

I don't know, i guess F**k me. I feel i give out my music to the one's i choose because i want them to see that side of me.So far, in my "love life" women have fallen head over heals for me. Look at the boul**** of justin timberlake...bad example, but his voice somehow turns chicks on by his own fame(looks). Anyways, from what i have seen, a musician that can write from his own passion towards life in it's own extremes, comes off as being the sh*t, the dj that you all talk about. Every musicain has to promote him/herself..so who gives a fu*k about where it's directed?????? In this case, i used it to my own advantage...............Any thoughts now?

You guys are strange...Him giving a CD isn't a gimmick. He's also showing a side of him, and spreading his music. Nice work man, Chicks get wet for the musicians. It doens't necessarily put him in any good/bad situation. Just follow her lead, and don't put much stock into it..

There are plenty of single girls who will drool over your music. Spread the love...At the very least, your live shows will have lots of ladies at it....


Sounds like a lot of frustrated guys here who should have studied the guitar instead of the accordian....
