Raw eggs digest easier
Chaps, raw eggs are digested and absorbed easily. The reason why Whey is so effective is because of quick absorption. Same goes for raw eggs. Its pointless eating them raw in the morning or pre workout. Post workout, or just before bed to put something in your stomach is not a bad idea though.

Its also easier. Eat 7-8 eggs a day, and see how quickly you get tired of cooking em.
Salmonella is said to only affect 1 in 10 000 eggs, according to a flex article I read a while back. Not bad odds. Im lazy enough when it comes to cooking to take my chances.
