The law has a very subjective answer when it comes to defining adulthood. 21 for booze, 18 to vote and sign contracts, 16-18 to consent to sex.

Imagine if the cheerleader had asked the kid to choke her a little while he fvcked her. Then imagine he went too far and accidentally killed her. I think it's safe to say he would be put on trial as an adult. If she slipped during sex, hit her head and died, at that moment he would go from a child victim to an adult murderer in the eyes of the law.

I'd also fvck that old ho. My biggest problem with these cases of women having relationships with underage males is that the women suck them into some sort of sick emotional relationship also. If it was purely sex I don't think its to damaging to them.

So you're saying the 15-year old is NOT a victim, then you're saying he COULD be a victim if something happens?

I'm talking about being an adult, not being a "victim." And the law is ridiculously inconsistent. Every state has their own different age of consent laws. In my state it's 17, but if you were to take a naked pic of the 17 y/o while you were fvcking her, that would be a Federal kiddie porn charge. So it's legal to do something, but not legal to take a picture of it.

They keep raising the age that kids are considered adults for the purposes of student loans, too. It was 23 when I went to college. I think it's at least 25 now. Florida and Texas have executed murderers who committed their crimes as young as age 12. So adulthood occurs somewhere between 12 and 25, entirely subjective to the circumstances.

Other countries don't have these stupid laws, like south American countries. You can go and bang whoever you want no matter the age. The only thing you have to worry about is their family coming after you. But as long as they approve you could bang a 12 year old. Not that I would be interested in doing that.

That is legal in most of the world. 16 is legal in Mississippi. 16 is also the Federal age of consent.

It's probably one of the best things to ever happen to that kid. But if that was a 15 year old girl and a 47 year old dude, everyone would say that she was damaged for life. So I guess to be fair they have to treat the boys and girls alike.

I have a friend who was 14-15 years old when an older neighbor lady took him in and taught him all about sex. He says it was the best thing that ever happened to him, and it probably was. He was able to approach women and sex after that with confidence that he knew what he was doing and was good at it.

But you can't say that. To even speak poorly of liberals or the democratic party of the United States is racist.

Even though the democrats aim is to keep the black man down by keeping him dependent on the government. It started in the 70's.

In my state the governor (R) here got re-elected 3 times. Once for his initial election, second for the recall, and third in his actual re-election.

I was homeless at a time this year, and I even met several men (mostly white) who are mud sh!t poor, and still support Republicans.

Also in my travels, when I did a cold call traveling sales job, I met this salesmen who was a Native (American Native). He was telling me about how all the natives here who get money from the U.S. government and live on the reservation are degenerate drug/ alcohol addicts because they get free money/ healthcare from the government, so they do not give a fvck about improving themselves or trying in life.

The majority of blacks (not all) are the same fvcking way. They get welfare, and are tricked by a feel good political party, who keeps them down (and worthless) by saying "slavery" or "the big bad white man" and them giving them welfare checks.

I've been living in these majority black areas here and there all this summer.

Their neighborhoods are trash, garbage strung about, the people are unhappy, and they all blame whitey.

I've been in homeless shelters with these individuals, and they are far more racist than me.

You guys wouldn't believe the things I've witnessed. Especially if you have always stayed even to or above the threshold of the middle class in this country.

You don't want these types of neighborhoods to spread.

The very best thing to do is to not punish the middle class, and create an incentive for the poor to better themselves and work harder.
