Dude if you are 5'10" and 145, you are anorexic. I mean lets be real here. My Asian gf, who is very petite, is 5'5" and 115, AND SHE LIFTS-no extra fat on her at all. So for you to only weigh 30 more pounds then her when you are 5 inches taller?? That is insanely skinny.justin11 said:8-9

I am 6 feet tall, 198 pounds, and I lift 6 days a week. Deadlift 350 pounds for reps and dumbbell flat press 110 pounds for reps each arm. I am at the gym at least an hour and a half a day. And I would have what most would call a pretty ripped body. And I am 50 more pounds than you dude. 50 pounds!
I really think, and this is pretty common among society, that people way overestimate their looks and body appearance. What many here are calling a 7-8 is probably a 4-5 IRL.
For example expos I am not singling you out, but I remember the pic you posted this spring I believe. You are rail thin dude. Almost anorexic looking as well. Unless a girl has a certain taste for that kind of thing, most girls are not going to consider you a 7-8. Not trying to put you down, just telling it like it is. You need to lift, and lift some more, and eat eat eat, add 30-40 pounds, and then I would say that a 7-8 is what most girls would consider you to be.
Here is a pic of me (purposely blurry) of what 6 feet 190 looks like. This was taken a few years ago. I am actually around 198 now and I lift 25% more than when that pic was taken.
