I got an email from my school talking about how women should be careful walking by themselves and getting raped by guys and all that stuff. Now I'm sure there are select few guys out there in the world that will actually try to have sex with a woman forcefully... but it hardly ever happens the way these warnings say they do. I got into this argument with some female friends on how their idea of rape is COMPLETELY different than how it is actually done.

I mean, how on earth do you grab a woman, hold her down, pull out your junk, get hard, take her clothes off, and **** her without her moving/twisting out? I guess if there are multiple people, it's possible... But how would you be like if your bud came up to you and was like "Hey man, I'm gonna rape some chick, wanna help? " It just doesn't happen like that.

Women generally have this fear of walking into a dark alley because a rapist might get them, but isn't most of rape caused by taking her to a bar/party then drugging her drink or getting her hammered and then ****ing her while she is barely conscious? That is partly the girl's own fault for coming out with the guy.

But at the same time, isn't that how most of us get laid?? Every time I see someone post a FR about how they asked a girl out on a date, they usually go for drinks. (Get drunk then sex) Can't she say that you raped her? And doesn't anyone on SS get laid without alcohol anymore?

That's one thing about this place I'm disappointed in. 95% of lay reports are made possible because of alcohol. The other 5% are unsuccessful because the girl drank too much/passed out/vomited.

I only had drunk sex twice , before that I banged them sober either way. All the other times I was sober and so was she...... being drunk blows while having sex anyway.

If I was going to let a virtual stranger put his c0ck inside my body, I'd probably knock back a few drinks as well.
And it's not as though guys are holding a chick's mouth open and pouring booze in. Alcohol helps people relax. It also makes them do something they might not normally do sober, but I think women are - for the most part - very willing participants in the "get drunk and fvck" culture.

Hey! That almost happened to me One of my female friends invited me out. She kept giving me drink after drink and started talking all close and in my ear. Out of nowhere she bit at my neck and I freaked out and backed off her for the rest of the night. And guess what? The next morning she tried to blame it ON ME, saying that when I'm drunk, I get in peoples' faces and talk...

It depends. Where I'm from the law states that someone who chose to be intoxicated is held responsible for the things he does while being intoxicated. If you get drunk and kill someone, you're a murderer.

However.. this changes when there is a participant who willingly takes advantage of the situation. Let's say you make the drunk guy sign a contract. It will be void. Or, if you're not that drunk and the girl you're with is, you could exploit that situation by making her do something she wouldn't normally consider.

It's very difficult territory, because at what point is the guy exploiting her? But let's face it, it does happen.

Yep, this is totally unfair. A woman drinks and then she can complain she has no control over what she does? Even though it's her choice to drink. I could see maybe if the girl drank so much she passed out unconscious, and the guy took advantage of her, but even then calling it rape might be too strong a word IMO, depending on the situation.

Too cynical, nismo. I don't blame you for not wanting to get married, I couldn't recommend that either.
And it's your choice whether or not you want to be in relationships.
But I believe love is real. It's just fragile, like a flower. In most cases it doesn't last forever. People change. If they don't, then they're stagnant. You just have to accept this as part of life instead of becoming embittered by it. You have to take the good with the bad.

OP you act like women ask for it. If a guy grabs a woman in a dark alleyway and pulls a knife or even threatens to pull a knife (or worse) then the woman is most likely going to comply. They'll get raped because they're afraid if they fight back they'll end up severely injured or dead.

So sure if an AFC tried to rape a girl she might fight back and he'd just run, but all it takes is a sign of force (hitting the woman or pulling a knife on her) or just the threat of force to make someone comply.

If you were in an alleyway and a man came up behind you and grabbed you and said if you do anything he'll slit your throat would you take your chances turning around? My guess is probably not.
