Quik question about weight loss.

I wanna lose like 25 pounds in the next 2 months.

I weigh 188 right now, And im about 5'9. How much should i be doing cardio and how often should i do cardio?

relax that goal a bit. that would be 2+ pounds per week. aim for one pound per week unless you want to lose significant amounts of muscle (and probably re-bound once you hit your goal weight). diet is the key, not cardio, though 30-45 minutes of moderate cardio 3-5x per week is good for anyone trying to keep in shape.

what's the difference between how much & how often?
