Senior Don Juan
There is nothing that will work in 6-10 weeks. NO diet fad, no fitness fad and no mere miraculous pill.
Yes different things will work within that time frame. BUt what happens is, most people don't see results ASAP and quite within 2 weeks.
But there are those who do stick with the full program. Be it 6 weeks or 12 weeks or whatever.
However the problem lies in, after that 12 weeks, many people once again go back to their old eating habits or old non-workout habits.
Then after new years or close to the summer, its the same thing all over again and they start up again, but the more they continue down this path, the worse it gets.
Doing something for 12 weeks takes committment and hardwork.
But if after 12 weeks you go back to your old self, what was the point?
Its called a lifetime committment. There might be setbacks and other things, but to be truely satisfied with your goals, there is nothing that will make you this great man or woman after 12 weeks.
Yeah you should have a better physique and all, but for many people, it was a wasted three months because they go right back to where they started.
Too many Quick Fixes these days.
And that includes steroids. Yeah if used right with a healthy diet and routine, it will work and there is nothing compared to what it can do for you, no matter what anybody says. Used right, the stuff does work. But there are side effects, just like any drug.
But there are side effects to staying out in the sun too much, side effects from drinking too much, side effects from eating too much.
Problem with society today is, its all about a quick fix without working for it.
If you aren't gonna work for anything, there is nothing that will work over the long haul. Yeah you might look better and be impressive in 6-12 weeks of whatever you do, but give it some time.
The people who look for quick fixes, no matter what they are, usually are the same people who crash and burn from taking too many drugs or are the people who once were ripped but now are just lazy overweight fools.
There is no easy fix. either your gonna stick with it and commit to it or your always gonna look for an easy way out.
Steroids isn't an easy way out. If you dont work hard, and don't eat right, it's a waste of time, money, energy, and possibly a risk of side effects that you never needed.
If you want a quick fix, go get drunk, smoke, or do some drugs, because thats all you'll ever really need.
Sticking with something is hard work. If thats not what your willing to do, stay away from steroids. They aren't worth it for you or people like you. iT's not about a quick fix. It's about a committed healthy lifestyle.
