Yes 30+ guys can be 2nd Tyre and can lack "some sort of element of cool"
However
Age has nothing to do with this . It's the attitude and the mind set. Now you blame your age, when you were 17 you blamed your "Big Nose", when you were 24 you balmed your billy ¡Kthen your thin hair and now It's your age.
No it's not your age, and you will dicover it later.
Indeed you answered it your self when you said:
"one girl told me she looks at the hands (first thing to show age according to her), the style of your clothing, your hairstyle (old or new), your car keys (no joke), the way you walk (??) and the way you talk, and most importantly your bankroll (how its kept and its size)!"
So for girls there is something wrong with your hands, style, hairstyle, bankroll....
Just live the time and fix it!
You should ask yourself what i gained from this 30+ life that I lived ....life should have gave you much , if you believe in yourself girls will believe on you.
For me I wasn't into girls for the last 30 years! (I was a member of a religious group) I started after 30, and believe me young guys can't compete with me in this field.
Being a young manager with exceptional qualifications may have something to do with this. I also have an exceptional fit body.
I always feel that I am different, and people around me seems to agree, I am different in my clothes (Young Guys can't afford to get similar ļ), My body, my walk, my smile, and young girls seem to only like me
