So, I've been reading this website for the past few days and I must say that I'm very, very impressed w/ the content here. I had one imp question:

So I saw an example of the below conversation posted and I was very impressed -
YOU: You are kinda hot...but you could never be my girlfriend.
HER: What? Why do you say that???
YOU: I only date nice girls and you have trouble written all over you.
HER: No I am nice! Really!
YOU: Right...sure.
HER: (Trying to convince you she is nice)

But here's the issue...
Imagine the very same conversation:

YOU: You are kinda hot...but you could never be my girlfriend.
HER: Who said I want to date you?

How do you respond to that. Thankfully, I thought of that before actually trying it out. I know that sometimes you're in a vibe and a girl is not going to say "who said I want to date you"...but if the vibe isn't right; 9 out of 10 times a girl is going to say that. How do you go from there?

Part 2 of my q deals with approaching women at bars/clubs/etc. Should you approach a women that you may like who's part of a group?

Also, I was at a bar here recently in Miami...I saw this girl constantly looking at me. The problem was that..I was at the bar when I first saw this girl walk into the bar w/ her friend. Before we bought drinks, she and her friend was approached by a group of guys and they seemed to have a good time. Yet, she kept looking at me. You know how you get a feeling of someone is looking at you? and then I'd turn around and find her looking at me. And the moment I'd look at her she'd look away. So...how do you deal w/ this. Btw...this girl was a 8/10 and her friend was a 9/10.

Looking forward to some of y'alls expert suggestions...

Should you approach a women that you may like who's part of a group?

Yes, you should. Read for example Mystery method or Juggler to get some good ideas how to do this.

For instance by approaching her. Check her out from top to bottom and top again. Eye contact, smile, walk slowly to her, give your hand and introduce yourself. Shake hands with her friend(s) also. Start gaming them.

First situation, my reply would be I never said I wanted to date you and change topic.

Second situation, shes wondering why the other guys are all over her trying to impress her while your sitting there calmly just looking, you best bet would have been to wait for her to start dancing then move in and do your thing.

In a serious tone? Shouldn't happen, ever. I reject that frame and scenario completely.

The reply you've set up is a result of serious miscalibration. It can only happen when a guy who has NOT established value and generated attraction runs the above line.

Like if a Pointdexter walked up to Jenna Jamison and said "Haha you could never be my girlfriend."

He would be trying to flip the script on her, but the value gap is so huge, and Jenna is SO unattracted to Pointdexter, that she just goes "ew" and walks away: the point is, HE could never be HER boyfriend (not the reverse).

See the diff?

If you DO have attraction, and the girl says this, it will be with a flirty laugh or challenge, and is just her busting on you....

..and only THEN are the C&F lines in this thread applicable.

if you roll out all the C&F replies people are giving above and she's NOT ATTRACTED and doesn't see you as equal or higher value, it will fall flat on its face.

Well the topic was when You start with 'You could never be my girlfriend'. Anyways maybe i should be postin emoticons, too lazy for that tho... ++
