Iv'e dated this one girl for a few years, and we are basically broken up but we still have the most intense sex when we get together, I know she dates other guys how should I deal with this because I like her and it doesn't feel good to know she is looking for someone else. What do you do?

Your still emotionally attached to this girl, so your jealousy is natural. If she's dating others whilst rooting you, there's no chance of you ever 'being together' again. That's the harsh reality.
End the F buddy relationship. Other than the sex, all your getting out of it is emotional pain. It's hard, but in the long run it's much more painful with the path your on at the moment.
Get her off that pedastal you prolly have her on
