hi. Which is better, creatine, or energy boosters like no-explode. I read on the site that no-explode has the same benefits as creatine, such as giving you quick strength gains. But doesnt creatine do that too? Or should taking both be more beneficial?

The difference between NO-Xplode and your regular creatine monohydrate is mainly the fact that NO-Xplode has nitric oxide in it too. The NO is whats going to give your muscles a pump while working out because it provides more blood flow to the muscles, allowing their size to increase under stresses. Creatine is not an energy booster in any way but it will help you gain mass.

Personally i've never used it but i've heard NO-xplode works good at first but the effects quickly wear off after your first bottle. There are better products and stacks out there that are more effecient for creatine NO and energy supplimentation. Look into the Shock Therapy/Storm, green MAGnitude/white blood stacks and animal pump.

Stay away from those no2 products for now. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN OUT LONG ENOUGH TO SEE ANY SHORT TO LONG TERM SIDE EFFECTS YET! Personally I only know of one person who has tried it and he said he shat none stop.

DON'T EVEN INVEST A SINGLE CENT INTO SUPPLEMENTS UNTIL YOU LEARN HOW TO DIET!

If you wanna try creatine go ahead, take Kre-Alkalyn,the super creatine. Don't waste time on the powder mono,Kre-Alkalyn all the way. Expensive but defianetely more effective then powder mono. Keep in mind Kre-Alkalyn is newer and no one know the long term side effects of 15-22.5 grams of creatine(basically what 2-3 pills of Kre-Alkalyn are). IF YOU ARE GOING THIS ROUTE YOU BETTER DRINK A TON OF WATER,A GALLON+ A DAY OR YOU COULD DEPRIVE ORGANS OF WATER(creatine takes water from organs and puts them into muscles)! ALL KRE-ALKALYN IS THE SAME,IT'S ALL PATENTED!

If you want to raise your bodies natural creatine levels,EAT STEAK! Steak is one of the best sources of creatine naturally.

First of all, its NO (nitric oxide) not no2, and it has been proven to be quite effective. Most NO products simply contain argenine which is what increases production of the NO and actually has potential to increase HGH. It's been shown that it opens up blood vessels and allows more nutrients, oxygen, and hormones to be transferred to them.

There's really no reason to take anywhere near 20grams of creatine unless your loading, and even then its a bit excessive. There's a lot of creatine products out there that claim to work better than mono (CEE, Kre-Alkalyn) but we can't say whats going to work best for his body. Start with bulk mono, its cheaper and works fine, and see how that effects you before you go buying expensive brands that might not work any better.

Just wondering but do you actually take supplements or do you run off of what you read?(no offense)

Are you kidding? It's recommended to at least,AT LEAST get 5 grams pre workout and 5 priot.

Good point!

Take Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (CEE) , it doesn't need a loading phase, it won't give you stomach disconfort, it has better absorption and (most important) it won't bloat you, wich means that the unabsorbed creatine will take water will make you look bloated, that's why when you first start taking creatine monohydrate you will gain wight, it's mostly of the water not muscle gain.

Search the web for this new type of creatine...

As for NO I've tried it for about 8 months and have noticed two things, a little better pump and the need of fewer days to recover after a workout. i.e. after a killer workout I would be sore for 4-5 days, with NO maybe 2-3 days.

NO products are very beneficial but unless you have a lot of money to spare I'd suggest making your own out of bulk powders

Now, are either one of these "energy boosters"? When I hear that I think stimulant, and from what I gather, neither one of these products are stimulants.
