Personally I think you should just stop thinking about it and do some extra cardio if you feel you should burn off the pepsi.

This is almost as bad as asking whether you should flex the pinkie while bicep curling to achieve an optimal peak contraction ..

Just stop overanalyzing! One Pepsi will not hurt you! What you need to look at is the week, the month, the year in total. NOT one day!
