Yo bruh be careful with that overtraining, one time I did pullups got 15XBW, then I did them two days later I only got 14, so I stopped cause I was clearly overtraining. Watch out for that adrenal fatigue too bruh.

**** train as much as you want and then some. Your back and legs are the biggest muscles in your body. They can take a lot of work. Blast them good and eat enough you'll be more than fine.
