So you guys weren't bluffing pulled my groin yesterday doing some hardcore HIIT. OF course my dumbass didn't stretch

there is no swelling

although I've been icing it and using anti-inflammatory as well as asprin

I'm planning on just doing upper body stuff in the mean time

it sucks

I used to do HIIT on my off days until I pulled a hamstring. No more HIIT for me.

You gotta build up from easy to hard. If you go hard straight away, it's your own fault, not the exercises. It's like going straight to lifting the heavy weights without starting from the light weights first. You're gonna get hurt.

I do HIIT 3 times a week and have for the last 9 months without ever injuring myself...

Not sure what you are doing, but I never have gotten hurt.

Not sure what kind of training you were doing. If you were sprinting then stick with hill sprints or stadiums from now on.
