Hi I want to be able to do pull ups whenever I feel the need at home. What bar would you recommend?

P.S. how sturdy does the door frame need to be?

thank you

I have an Iron Gym and it works great. Easy to take on and take off the doorframe, and leaves no marks.

It costs about $30 US

(And a standard doorframe is plenty sturdy)

I agree with Sly. Go to any sporting goods store and get one of the doorframe ones. Mine has chipped some paint on my door and left black marks, but eh, that's an easy fix.

I'm eventually going to get one of those towers, for pullups, dips and various abs exercises. I'll put in somewhere in the yard so I can workout outside, and get tan. Schwarzeneggar used to do this alot, he was a big fan of outdoor workouts.
