Oh no, please.

Heres what i think. This PUA videogame would be the perfect excuse for NOT going out and experimenting in the real world. I could see alot of very lonely guys thinking that, because they "own" at >insert name for videogame< their skills will transfer over into their real lives like a friend of mine who, although he is admitedly good at Halo, thinks because he is proficient at the sniper rifle in a VIDEOGAME he is qualified to be a a sniper here in what we call REALITY. In short - he is a prick.

Overall its a pretty silly idea.

sadly enough, there actually IS a pua game.... Somone posted a link to it a long time ago. I installed it out of curiosity and thought it was a neat concept but still pretty stupid. The last thing i want is to play a video game about picking up chicks.... I'd much rather get out in the real world. '

I can't remeber the name of that game, either... i uninstalled it shortly afterwards.

I remember playing Larry when I was 16 with my brothers. The 7th part one. We were stuck before the ending until we had to cheat and read how to do it on a website :D .

Now, the game is played outside ;) (if you know what I mean)

oh...since you put it that way...NO

A video game about picking up girls is gay. Do you have any idea how much of a loser that sounds...Next you'll be saying the blowup doll helps you practice and it is a substitute for lucid dreams, smh

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

Re:

Doddy that's a f*cking hilarious post!

I play Halo2 and have friends who are intense with it. BOY do they think video game skils are transferable. Thing is, you get good at video games because you can test and retest tricks with no consequences but RESTARTING. You can't retest a sniper theory in real life without losing your cranium. However, I've never met anyone who thinks they could be *elite* in the army just b/c they own a bunch of 15 year olds at halo. Moreover, what it takes to be great at in sniping in Halo/Halo 2 is by no means transferable in the real world.

In Halo/Halo 2, your ability to evade the bullet, jump, and snipe fast yields quick results. If you stay put, you get killed. In real life sniping, your ability to never be seen, never surface and pull the trigger without your mark ever knowing you did is crucial. A heat shot is good, but so is a heart shot.

As stupid as it may sound, when I was in the army we would test out squad tactics by playing Desert Storm Conflict on XBOX ( I was always the black/indie guy with the radio haha). We would set it to 'realistic' mode and split the screen into 4 player mode. It was perfect to test out CQB and urban warfare strategies.

After playing it every night for 2 weeks, our squad wooped ass on the practise field.

And yeah, the US military also uses video games to train its commanders/soliders in basic squad tactitcs.

No.

A PUA Video game would involve having the programmers introduce set routines for you. That means, that unlike what multiplayer army games (without computer players) where each of you get to decide what to act and react, your PUA game would be 'if I always say "What ya dog like?", I will get a kiss from her'. There would be very little variation, and that makes it unrealistic and utterly a excuse for someone like yourself to sit on your ass all night long.

Get a life and go out into the real world.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.
