Im thinking about some of the bias that my nutrition professor has, and the bias in the info he gets.
-Most of the data he gets is from normal people, not athletic people with lots of microtrauma damage from their respective training.
-His info is meant for the general public. People who are trying to live as long as they can.
-If he gives info that could result in something bad happening to the body (like the side effects of too much protien), then would be technically responsible.
I would like to see studies for athletic people and not just for normal people.
