Yo,

Anyone got any tips for reducing both frequency and potency of flatulence when up taking a high-protein diet?

I eat a lot of chicken for energy, beef for bulk and salmon for brain food, plus milk and cheese for calcium. Also try to have a salad every/every other day, plus usual carbs and fruit juices.

It is normal and happens with everyone but for some people, excessive gas and pain interfere with normal activities. It can be uncomfortable, not to mention embarrassing.
