Alrighty, im still wasted but i can write this coherently...i mean i think i can:

so , pros for being drunk:

if you have game it skyroeckets because you don't sit there and think for forever

girls who you never thought liked you suddenly seem hot and confess that they like you..

you can hook your friends up with hot girls cause you dont give a shiit and you take a hot girl and give her to your friend.

a girl makes a motion of "omg im dying from hotness" after you pull a couple of dance moves on her...and she tells you she was in your <....> club and you are awesome

it is so much easier to call girls out on their bullshiit

it is awesome to just be honest to girls and ask them "so who do you want to hook up with, only to see them flirt back and say she rejects the two guys who wanted her all night long while you played it cool.

It is just an awesome feeling becdause you are cool with everyone, everyone is drunk and having fun

dont get it confused though, there are a lot of DOUCHEBAGS that are drunk and stupid out there... you msut have some game before you can pull the drunk game (lol i just fukked up the spelling hahaha)

extra props if you catch girls EYEING You like they want you.. thats at least twice tonight (one of them i been with already..hoe)

Loads of pro's to getting drunk providing you aren't in a bad mood to start with and start seething at every chick and thinking bad of all the guys being morons trying to chat up chicks who aren't even worth it.

I got drunk Wednesday night in town and spent the entire night talking to 2 older guys (40+) who we sometimes bump in to.. they're clever/funny and we all had great conversations and laughs all night about every topic imaginable - women didn't come in to the picture at all and I class that as a night far better than hooking up with some dumb chick!

Yeah.. I'd say the best part was that I was with 3 guys who were fun and a hot chick. Of course as the night progressed everyone was trying to hit that (except 1 guy who had a gf) but that wasn't a big deal, there were plenty of chicks around to hit on besides her.

Social proof in the college bar is unbelievable it is AWESOME when you know practically everyone and every hot girl you want to meet knows somebody you know.

It is hilarious to watch the hot girl operate as the dudes hit on her when she strays. She will sit there face to face, eyes to eyes but will reach her hand out and grab one of us to let us know that we should take her. I just picked her up and carried her out of the converstation. She goes "Thank you!!"

Drinking is awesome, but you gotta remember we got cons here too. I am going to the gym 3-5 times a week to keep in shape..and the hangovers SUCK. Of course they do, otherwise everyone would be getting drunk. Also..the next day you wake up and say that nothing you did or say from last night counted

Drinking is awesome, but you gotta remember we got cons here too. I am going to the gym 3-5 times a week to keep in shape..and the hangovers SUCK.

Drink shots of hard a and you can get the same benefits of being drunk, you can get em a lot quicker, and you won't get a beer belly.

thats what i do...only shots really. shots and water. and if your drinking and dont want to drink anymore you can get shots of water and call it vodka and then give girls real shots? i only do this when i feel like i am about to be sick... shots of patron yellow have treated me well.

the only thing that sucks is the hangover and if u stop sarging when you are sober and get dependent on the liquor.

Other than that alcohol is great. Especially when you hit a club that is a dive and the designated driver is bored outta his mind but you are having the time of your life dancing to 'I feel like a woman' or whatever other song would be inappropriate to even nod your head to in public.

I HATE getting drunk, but I LOVE drinking. Hell, I drink every day. Before you wonder, on weekdays I normally have only one or two, sometimes three drinks. I also like going to bars most days, even if it's Tuesday after an evening class.

Alcohol is great because it helps you loosen up, but not so great because you feel like crap if you're drunk. A little bit of a buzz feels great too.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I haven't noticed alcohol having any effect on whether or not I'm more outgoing. I'm not that great at getting dates, and alcohol doesn't seem to change that.

I also haven't noticed anyone appearing to be more attractive after consuming alcohol. My standards remain the same.

You might say that it's because I don't drink enough. However, as I've said before I don't like getting drunk and I always have to drive home so I can't drink that much to begin with.

As for soft drinks (someone mentioned "Diet Soda"), no way. I can drink six beers, but if I drink a Pepsi I'll feel sick for a couple hours. Well, that's what happened to me the last time I drank a Pepsi.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I dislike almost all mix drinks, especially soda + Jack/rum/etc. I'd rather drink straight Jack, 151 or tequila, or drink beer/wine. When I'm drunk I become VERY outgoing, laugh a lot, and I'm extremely random and funny. It happens more with some drinks than others - I'm the least crazy with beer, and I'm the most crazy with 151 or vodka.

WTF are u like 10? Only "hardcore-gamers" who live with their moms that stay at home on the weekends cuz they have no social life use those kind of words. So many pros in drinking you have much more fun cuz u don't give a damn and if something sh*tty happens u won't remember! The only cons are sometimes drunk fat/ugly chicks hit on you and you get a hangover, which interfers with lifting.

You might be right. I may be saying different things about it if my goal was to get piss drunk every chance I get, and throw up.

But, I don't in fact enjoy getting piss drunk and throwing up (yes, I've been there).

Plus, I almost always have to drive home, so that puts a serious limit on the number of drinks I can have.

I'm all for a good time, and while drinking is a definite must, not getting wasted is, at least to me, also a must.


I realize that my reply may seem elitist. Honestly, if you like getting drunk, that's fine. Different strokes for different folks.

You are saying you don't get more outgoing. The only guys I've seen who do not get increasingly more sociable are the ones who are afraid to talk to people in the first place. May be that is your thing right there.

You don't get beer goggles. unless you are some genetic anomaly, you should be just like everyone else in this world after drinking enough booze.

It's not about whether you like the taste of alcohol or puking or getting wasted. It is about those two things being constant
