So buy the liquid Creatine Mono - after i finish the capsules?
No. Liquid creatine breaks down over time, and contains much less creatine then they say it does.

Can't go wrong with Creatine Ethyl Ester.

Creatine monohydrate is cheap. For companies to make, and for customers to buy.

Any other form, more effective or not (more often not), is just a way for a company to make money off a cheap to produce product.

Your point being...?

CEE absorbs better and has no bloat, and isn't necessarely more expesnive. Many companies have been cought selling monohydrate labeled as CEE so you've got to be careful, though.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

$0.03 or $0.04 per serving of CM.

$0.50 to $0.80 cents per serving of CEE.

I would think the cost overwhelms potential benefits of CEE.

That's $0.15 per capsule. Still more expensive than CM. If you trust the brand in question, buy the cheap CEE. I will not.

Hah! Anabolic Fitness is internationally reknown for their quality. They introduced R-ALA to the U.S. market and invented Yohimburn. They send their products to several independant labs for testing and can provide you with analysis sheets. You will absolutly not find better quality products than that anywhere else on the net.

Monohydrate's sides are annoying as hell. Get something that you know will work instead, go with CEE.

I don't find CM's side affects annoying. It works. I'll stick with CM.

If you want to spend the extra, or are non-responsive to CM, use CEE.

i took about 10g of creatine mono powder

at first i thought mixing it with milk would be great then I read mixing with surgary drink works better

so i had to drink the glass of milk first then i drink another glass of juice mix with creatine powder

i waited about 40 minutes off to the gym

start training, worked hard as usual...

20 minutes into it, i almost puked out, but i held it in and swollow it

sick ****, i guess the milk make me feel sick

now i just very hot and i weighted myself, i gained 5 lbs

the creatine does give me temporary weight gain :(

and now my arm is shaking so hard from trying so hard (I thought creatine would give me big performance boost, but i guess not)

When is the ideal time to take it before workout? I've heard 30 mins.

I've never tried taking creatine with my protein powder. I usually take a whey shake an hour before i lift and then creatine half an hour before i lift.
