from the Uk aint got a clue what stars your on about so just googled them...Tom Brady has the figure of a every 40 yr old bloke in general shape i know and has a super model wife because hes paid 300 trillion a week as his features are pretty that of a young lad and i dont mean that in a good way

Keep going man. Some transormations take 2+ years.... Some fat will be lost and some additional muscle gained. I think your fighting weight will be around 210-215.

Out of curiosity, what is your height, weight and body fat?
When I was on point within the last year at my fittest I was at between 8-9% body fat 185 lbs at 5'8".

And before you say that's impossible remember how much muscle I'm carrying in my lower body...that's where your weight comes from when you workout.

Right now I'm around 205 but trust me when I say it'll be a lot easier for me to lose 20lbs than it will be for you to gain my muscle mass I had(still have, just buried under some fat)

Tom Brady is the most respected and admired athlete in the US. Talk about status. If Tom Brady isn't good enough for some chick, y'all have women on a pedestal too high to ever reach.

The ideal physique naturally takes years to build. I agree his best DJ fighting weight would be 215-220, 10% bf, but naturally I don't think it's possible at 47 yo. He may need a little help. Else 200 lbs, 10% more feasible for him.

Time to check your testosterone levels and look into TRT...although studies show T levels help with fat loss much more than muscle gain an non-supraphysiological levels

I can tell you this, if Neil did hop on HRT and got to a chiseled, proportionally aesthetic 220 lbs at 6'5", he would no longer be frequenting strip clubs. He'd have a line of hot women at his door vying for it.

I agree. Muscular physiques do a lot of talking for you...anyone who says otherwise is full of sh1t

I'd buy a 60lb weight vest that has removable weights in it and start around 5-10lbs and do your full workout in it and then increase the weight by 3-5lbs a week..

I was wearing the full 60lb vest doing pro Football workouts in it and it was amazingly effective..plus I got a lot of "dude you are insane looks" from the people in there...most of whom were half my age and nowhere near my fitness level or strength level

You want to see how strong you really are?.
Put a 60lb vest on and grab a 17kg kettlebell and do 3 sets of 10 Turkish Getups on each side. You'll find I exactly how strong you are quickly...in most cases not as strong as you think, lol...

Bigger shoulders/traps...it forces all that weight to be held up by your shoulders and it supercharged fat burning since you basically turn into a calorie burning machine

Strength was never an issue for me. I curl 50lb 6 times with one arm.

At 5'8", you have a completely different physique than me. Go ahead pretending I need to be JJ Watt to be like you. I'll be happy looking and performing like Brady.

Not sure I could really get that many more women, I might just keep them around longer.

Keep in mind that this progress report shows only 25% of the progress since December, and I was with 2 supermodels back then.

I've made about twice this progress since my favorite model left me. I wonder if she could tell from my jawline the other night that I lost weight.

Neil I can do 10 of those at that weight and I'm a 6 foot one skinny ectomorph who's been training for 3 months. 50 pound dumbbell is not heavy curling!

I don't know what your pt is telling you but it sounds like he has you doing a ladies workout. What's your squat, what's your dead lift? What's your bench?

Yes, 50 pound with one arm (100 pounds as you hold two) is heavy curling. That's the heaviest dumbbell in my set. Are you saying you curl with 80s? Those are for shrugs.

I'd like to arm wrestle you. I was the strongest arm wrestler in my high school, and am stronger now, and you're pretending I'm below average strength. You're talking out your as-s. Show us a video of you curling 50lb 10 times with one arm.

Sorry if my physique will conceivably only compare to the greatest NFL player of all time and not the most jacked NFL player of all time.

Oh, and sorry that my HB9 20 year old only stayed with me 9 months.
