Before Reading: I really only want some professional help, opinions, and advice. Thanks ~ Dan~

So I've had this pot belly and saggy pointy annoying pecks of mine for about five years now. Tried situps, push ups...gotten all serious about getting pumped. But now, im dead ass serious, after a run in with some bad kids.
I need to know about Fat burners, like Stacker or Protein Drinks Mainly.
Also i just need to know about how long it would take for myself to get back into shape. I took some digital pictures if anyone wants to take a look and tell me what they think. Please reply to me, or message me on AIM Wheezy E X. Im the smallest person I know, i cant continue to live this lie, people think im so skinny when in actuality im fat. Please, no flames about this; i just need alittle advice thats all. I'm so ashamed of my body i haven't taken a shirt off in from of people in almost 4 years. I've considered suicide long ago, but am over that. I have a routine, just need alittle help :(

Read Diesel's bulking and cutting guides, they work.

I'd also recommend you post your pictures in this forum. It's a bodybuilding site, but they're helpful to people who only want to get a "normal" body.

And don't automatically think "I'm not going to do the bulking guide, I don't want to look like a steroid freak". You'll put on muscle as quickly as possible, and you can stop whenever you get to the size you desire.

there is no set time limit of how long it'll take you.. everybody is different and it all depends on many things (such as how hard you train, how strict you are with your diet, how much sleep you get, genetic predisposition to training, etc.. )

the point is to begin and not to quit until you like what you see in the mirror.

stop thinking about how long it's going to take and enjoy the journey.

get crackin'

On the bodybuilding.com board you can add one picture as an attachment on each post. Just do a new post for each picture you want to attach.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Just be patient man...hit the gym hard....get on a good diet....make sure you get adequate rest for muscle recovery....don't be too anxious to see results...just start and keep hacking at it....and in time you will begin to see changes...don't be too hard on yourself....

Okay buddy, to lose the saggin tits and stomach you will have to take drastic measures.

This will mean two things for you, you will have to work your ass of by physically training your body to do CARDIO. Keyword here is CARDIO.. will get into this in more detail in a sec.

The second thing is that you will have to alter your diet... no donuts, chocolate cake, slurpee, your fave burger from Mc****s, Bacon, Fries, etc... you will have to eat LEAN and LIGHT with LOW FAT in mind!! (Some foods are salads, whole-weat bread, egg whites, chicken, turkey, tuna, banana, etc)

To minimize the ammount of time it takes for you to 'cut' down, you MUST enforce a strict diet / work out routine.

Back to my first point, when I mean cardio you will have to do a ****load of running, biking, swimming, etc.. you wanna get your heartrate up to a level where you are burning them calories!

There's so much more to explain that I recommend u visit bodybuilding.com forums for further help..

peace

All very well but if you are new to exercise then just start off gradually and build it up. Perform some cardio and some weights, perhaps 30-40 minutes of each twice per week to start with, actually 20 mins on the cardio is enough to begin with at a moderate rate, nothing major just ease yourself into it. Don't put so much pressure on yourself and just enjoy your training and starting to look and feel fitter and healthier. Take time to learn how to perform the various exercises correctly and progress from there. No rush, good luck.

This is not as bad as you think it is. You're only 18 so that helps a lot.
If you want to lose the gut and the saggy tits, then hitting the weights is not the best way to go.
Our body is designed to walk, it is energy efficient and uses large muscle groups.
The body has three energy systems, two of them anaerobic and one aerobic, it is the aerobic system you want to target because it is the only one which uses fat as an energy source.

START WALKING - EVERYDAY. Without doing any physical tests, when you are out walking you probably want your heartrate to be in the 110 - 130 beats per minute. The easiest way to check this is to find your pulse and time the number of beats over 15 seconds and multiply the number you count by 4. If this number is too high, then the body is working too hard and it won't be able to get enough energy by burning fat and then turns to other sources like the glycogen in your muscle and liver.

Two things to do while you are walking... 1. Either take a friend or take a dog. 2. Talk to said friend or dog while you are walking.
If you don't have enough breath to talk to the friend or dog, you are working too hard, your body is going into oxygen debt and you are no longer burning fat - slow down.
As you get fitter, speed up your walking pace, or throw in a hundred metres of jogging then go back to walking. Keep working this up until you are jogging the whole time, by then you will be fitter and you will be able to work harder - more exercise - more fat burning.
What you will also be doing is increasing your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR), which basically means you will be using up more energy when you are sitting on the couch watching TV or sleeping.

Depending on your time and fitness, start throwing in some weight sessions. There's plenty of reading material around depending on whether you want to get toned, big or strong so check that out.

Watch your diet, cut out as much crap as you can, but not everything. A big key here is to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals per day, the body is less likely to store food in fat reserves as it becomes accustomed to regular feeding and doesn't go into 'famine mode'. Make sure you reward yourself occasionally (McDonald's once a week or something), otherwise your body will crave this stuff and you'll most likely binge, besides, eating health food all the time is boring as hell and not very social.

Good luck

I won't write anything that most people already said on this post and other posts. Visit the bulking and cutting posts and you can learn from that.

Just do not buy the majority of fat burners they sell in places like GNC etc that say "EPHEDRA" free.

These things are really nothing more then sugar pills in all honestly. Stay away from them.

In fact, just train, eat write, get enough rest and do some research.

It seems you need a confidence booster, working out and getting into shape does just that.

Good luck.

Seems like you just have very little muscle, so you'll definately want to hit the weights.

If you are really serious, join a gym. You will be forcing yourself to go through with this because you'll have to invest the money, and you'll need the weights and equipment anyways.

Then you'll want to read as much as you can so you'll know what you're doing. Read the bulking/cutting guide at the top. This is pretty good information as well:

Don Juan Discussion Forum - What Can I Do?
Bodybuilding.com Forums - My article (begginners might want to look here)

The only supplement you'll really need is whey protein. You can get some here:
Bodybuilding.com - Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein

Also, on an unrelated topic, I'd like to recommend the book The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem. It's a MUST READ book, read some of the reviews. You can probably find a copy of it at a library too. You'll definately want to check it out.
