This is a sad tale to be told. She's too desperate to settle down (considering her age) and he doesn't realize it. So, Meghan is going to marry a Nice Prince and she'll be the one who will control him. I feel sorry for him.

As compared to what? A girl that’s 23 that he should get married to? He literally have nothing in common with her. Yea she’s old, but he wouldn’t be any better off marrying a younger slut either. And he’s traveled the world, worked with charities, been in the army, and a ton of other life experiences. His maturity level than any 23 year old is 1000% higher. How could they bond when they got nothing in common when all she’d give a **** about is Facebook likes and he’s over here like “ gotta stop world hunger and be the face of the monarchy...”?

Good point. Maybe if he was some rapper or pro athlete or something but he does seem to have a 'worldly air' about him and 23 year old self obsessed Instagram addict would dumb down his image.

But if they want kids he better get on that ASAP. Literally.

She's the spitting image of his sister in law, who he's clearly in love with, but can't respectfully marry because his brother is already married to her sister. I'd say that's the principle reason.

He's royalty so marriage is pretty much a given and a necessity. The only thing I find weird is him wanting to marry a 36 year old woman.

Yeah, he needs an heir so it's no surprise he's going to get married. As for her being 36, who cares? He's 33, it's not that far off. I know this site thinks girls should just kill themselves once they hit 25, but he likes her so that's all that matters.

How much do women actually mature between 23 and 36?

Have they been beaten down by life at 36? Definitely. Are they more jaded at 36? Who wouldn't be.

Not sure why that makes them more suitable for marriage.
