I met this girl in class, and she shown really strong interest in me. But out of the blue she mentioned she had a bf, but just kinda casually. I have to present about my friends and family in my foriegn language class, and was wondering if i should include a girl im dating and call her my g/f to try to make that chick jealous. And i figure it would show "social proof". Maybe im just stupid but maybe give me some feedback

Why should you lie? She showed much interest in you. So just act the way you were doing. If she keeps showing interest your doing fine. Have patience and be more exciting then her bf. And meet other woman too! Thats your real social proof. But show her that she is just that more special then those other woman you hang out with.
