With me focusing on self-improvement for the past couple months, I've noticed significant changes in my life. One of them being the presence I have in social environments. For instance, when you're at a Cafe or any other social event you receive the attention from both males and females. Or when you're walking down a street you notice a lot of people looking up and acknowledging your existence.

What would be the cause of one's increase of presence, Nofap, Posture, Looks?

NoFap helps. When your arrogant enough to know you don't have to touch your c@ck that a babe will do it for you they can tell.

Posture helps too, your confidence and comfort in the environments.

It's all just subcomms (culmination of body language, posture, movement facial expressions, tonality) that convey status/dominance. Doesn't really have to go much deeper than that--and you could get the same results by mimicry & practice.

To add further, your interpersonal attitude in general has probably changed.

Sounds like psycho-mumbo-jumbo to many, but an improved mood and mindset will flow out through your body language and whole demeanour, making you easier on the eye and more approachable. Its a whole new vibe you're giving off.

Part of it is also a diminished ego; by the very virtue of noticing people acknowledging you're presence, you in turn are noticing their presence more. It's a mutually convenient experience; a sign you're becoming more sociable.

Channel your excited feelings into positive thoughts and behaviors. You will attract women by being enthusiastic, radiating energy, and becoming someone who is fun to be around.

Wouldn't call it spiritual. Might feel like something spiritual to someone trapped in their mind for years and then suddenly becoming present, like normal people. Many gurus talk about it like it's a superpower, but it's really very mundane.

Presence is not really about getting attention, it's about giving attention. The result of that is often that people notice that you notice them and give attention in return. Maintaining presence is harder for people whose own minds occupies their attention, you're not present if you do not pay attention to and understand what's happening around you at the present moment.

Being present with a woman is critically important. You simply cannot respond like and seem like a normal human being if your mind is stuck in itself. You cannot notice opportunities if your attention doesn't go out to your surroundings. You may even kill yourself by such ignorance, by literally not noticing danger ahead because some stupid thought kept your attention occupied.

Being present isn't just a trick to get attention, it's what makes you notice things and take appropriate action. It's in fact critical to our survival to maintain presence.

This is definitely beneficial. Awareness of surroundings is an absolute necessity when reacting appropriately and immediately when opportunities arise.

If you owned the world, how would you walk into a room? That's Guru's presence. I literally have had women walk up to me on numerous occasions and ask, "Who are you?"

Ya, not much you need to say. It's 80% body language and style, 20% verbal congruence.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

+1. This is something you can easily test out. Just walk into your local grocery store and imagine you're the owner--like really imagine how it would feel. How would the owner look at things? How would he speak? Just embody that ownership--and watch how everybody treats you.

My frame's not strong enough to pull this off constantly--yet--but on a good night out, I pretty much get treated like a rockstar.

This is great stuff guys.

After last week's debacle, getting to wasted having brought home an 8/10, I'm going out completely sober this weekend probably for the first time in a decade. Great motivational mindsets here.

Frame = presence
No it is not. You can have the strongest frame ever and still have no clue what's going on around you at a given moment. You can also be entirely present without a frame.

Each of them on their own is pretty useless, but combined it's very powerful in terms of getting somewhere. Having presence but no frame is like wandering around, seeing all the directions and not knowing which direction to walk. Having frame but no presence is like obsessing about where to go without looking around for directions.

Frame is knowing where you want to end up, presence shows the way to get there.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

Nah, without frame we're a worthless pile of meat. See: frame as analogist to skeletal frame.

I wasn't implying that frame was not important, I was pointing out that frame and presence is not the same. It is literally not the same thing, but you said it was which is wrong.

No. Frame is knowing who you are at all times.
No. Frame is knowing what you want, maintaining frame is to not forget what you want at all times. Who you are is irrelevant, what you want is not.

Plenty of people "know who they are" all fvcking day every day and they're usually losers. People with a massive ego that can't get sh!t done in the real world, so they "know who they are" giving themselves pretty labels and defending it like lunatics. Is it those people you think have frame? Seriously? They don't know what the fvck they want so in reality they're lost in life and in fact have no frame at all, just an inflated ego.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.
