Post breakup anger

Hey all,

New to the site but have learned a lot since my most recent breakup.

Got a question for all-

Ever since my situation (acting beta and losing a hot girl)- I've been doing my best to move on. Banged other girls, gone on dates, lifting hard, and focusing on work a ton. Still though, at some point in my day I think about that girl and get a little angry/down on myself. Not much angry at her but angry at myself for stooping to a such a needy level and "pushing her away". Not like me at all but I got struck with the dreaded oneitis.

Looking back she wasn't even all that. Not gonna write it all out but she definitely doesn't fit the prerequisites for my ideal girl, just hot and I was infatuated.

So my question is...I'm getting better and I know time and meeting others will help me, but has anyone else been through a similar situation? Met a hot girl and went beta and pushed her away?

I take advice best learning from others experiences and it would be nice to know that some others have been through what I did and came out on top and met better girls that they were just as attracted to and helped them move on completely?

There are three levels at which you can address this experience. In order of increasing depth, and therefore effectiveness, they are:

1. Physical - You can chase and meet other girls. Work out. Take drugs (not recommending!) Have sex with other girls.

2. Mental - Think a lot about your ex, or about other girls. Use work and other things to 'positively channel' / 'distract' yourself. Read DJ materials and do affirmations. Share experiences with guys on here and read about their experiences.

3. Emotional - You can face your negative emotions and feel them until they are absorbed into your emotional body and flow through you completely. By feeling the pain and anger, it will transform into another emotion and change who you are on the deepest level.

(By the way if 1 works better than 2 its because it indirectly activates 3, for the academics out there!)

Exactly what happened to me mate. I had a hot girlfriend (hb 8.5). She was actualy my first LTR. We've been together for almost 2 years, i acted needy and she was more and more distant. So after i read the bible i dumped her immediately. I was pissed off, one part because i acted the way i was and other part because i didn't find the dj bible earlier.
