i was just wonder if you could post something about approaching chicks. I have been having trouble doing that..see its progressive/regressive for me: i can do it awhile, then i chicken out than able to do it, then not, its driving me nuts!!! i have tried stuff from the bible, from pretending im dying (buried alive) to realizing that women are human and not some supernatural goddess (actually i got that part down already, every time i meet a girl who puts herself on a pedestal, i neg hit her until she goes nuts hahahah) but yeah ive tried all the tricks, its just that none work, so any personal experiences u can share? ur articles have been entertaining (feminism on trail was one of you best ones lol), so sorry to see you go.....hopefully you'll come back again someday...but for now, take care and thanks for the tips! and hopefully people won't flame me for asking this question 200 to the 20th power time, but if your going to, why don't u just ignore this post because im sure some of you are in the same situation, and can't solve it that well, instead of flaming me until the cows come home..but anywho thanks for your help..

I'll third TylerDurden's 2nd request:

Your take on dealing with gals who are flaky, but not so blatantly disrespectful as to be a clear next. Like the gal who cancels, but counteroffers repeatedly.

Sometimes I wonder if the gals do that to try to increase the sexual tension, weird as this may seem...

One's gut usually is a better guide than any writtten set of rules... but sometimes even one's gut gets confused.

I have been on this site for over a year but I have never read any of your articles or the DJ Bible. Since you are parting and moving on I feel the need to read some of your work.

I guess it is kind of like when a man is in a relationship with a woman for a year but in the meantime he payed her no mind until she was ready to leave him, then he becomes eager to get to know her better and regrets never giving her the attention that she deserved.

You have grown and completed this stage of your life - I wish you the best in your future studies and pursuits!

If it is the last question that you answer - what in Sam-hill is a Pook? I take it that the name has its' meaning in some literary work that you have read?

P.S. If you need any advice on issues regarding women feel free to look me up - you know where to find me.

What stopping any of you from doing this?

I'm not as well read as some other members certainly. But when I read your posts I see this and that from books I've read. How about a Pook reference bibliography? I'm pretty sure you have used some sources I've read, but I'd like to know of a few other books to check out.

So, uhmm... what exactly have you been doing all this time? There is no excuse, man--read it. Even if you are a player and know your game, read the DJ Bible!

Besides, if you openly talk about how you haven't read it then alot of the newbie DJ's won't bother to read it either.

Me, I read it all the time. My personal favorite is "Weapons of Mass Seduction" by Senior Fingers. He is a JKD-DJ of sorts, much like myself.

Have you read my mind? That's what I was asking myself!

I'm sure Pook base his posts on some books he have read. We all need a foundation! I tell this for myself. Some of the things I've posted here were supported by some books/studies!

Anyways, a reference bibliography is an interesting idea! The advantage of the posts here is that they're compacted, we don't have to read the whole book.

Does anyone have a copy of Pooks 15 Lessons in the nice PDF format? Hell does anyone have all of pooks posts EVER in some nice printable format? Personally, everytime I read his posts, I always get something new out of it.

What about LTR articles?? After all the dating and experiences, a man is bound to find the woman he wants to spend a few years with or /married to,,, how to maintain the attraction in this type of a relationship?

I agree as well that tips of financial/money will help everyone who have difficulty maintaining a good life and style.

Do you consider yourself to be Street Smart? If so post a few suggestions on that (you mention you are writing aricles on The cool guy, so it must be somewhat included). People who tend to be Street Smart can get into and out of situations more easily and are often more successful in every aspect of their life.

Pook, in several post you are talking about cleaning your HardDrive (HardDisk). And also you told us that your concluding post will spread some firework.

I am waiting for that post.

Pook, if you are going to be leaving, I have but one request for you, and it is not an article. I ask that you at least honor your word and post a picture of yourself so we can see who exactly whose advice we have been studying for so long. You promised a picture a long time ago, but I have yet to see one posted, and I fear that with you leaving, the man behind the words will forever be lost.

I've taken much inspiration from your writings, but the final nag is your own personal picture. I know you may not agree with this, but I have to wonder how much of your success is based on what you look like. I have to know if what you have obtained is obtainable, and not forever hampered by my physical appearance. I recall posts saying women used you for sex, couldn't resist talking to you, were constantly intrigued by your "aura" and "presence." How can you expect people to follow your advice blindly without some sort of personal measuring stick? How can you have "Look like a Pook! - Become a Pook!," as if we're supposed to automatically just want to emulate without even taken ONE LOOK at you. If you don't post your picture, this person (read: you) whose writings have practically changed my life, who I have indirectly gotten to know, will not have substance to me. The person behind your writings as it stands are merely a stream of 1s and 0s across the vacuum of the internet.

If you do not honor this request, your posts will just have that much less meaning. Why do you fear posting your picture for the people who have faithfully read your posts, especially after you promised to do so? For all we know, you could just be some reject loser posting on the internet trying to gain as many followers as possible for a nice little ego boost. I personally do not believe that this is the case, but I just need some CONFIRMATION.
