I know that the money must be good, but don't you think that the guys who find these girls and get them to be in these movies must know something about picking up REALLY attractive girls and must have some unique, powerful skill that we can learned from? What is it? Think about it--the really hot girls in porn could easily go get just about any guy (rich guys too) and most of these guys would easily make up for any $ the girl could get in porn. I just don't see why/how a really hot, young girl would get into porn (especially hardcore stuff) without a little special "talking into" by guys who are really good with women. I think there are probobly a number of factors at play here.
Some chicks are simply madd sluts that have been desensitised to normal sex and crave something more hardcore. I've known a few girls like this (didn't get **** tho).
Many hot girls are attention *****s. I think this is where the success of the recruiters is derived, rather than from superior DJ skills. To clarify, I think girls that get into porn WANT to because of the attention, and the excitement of the sex. Recruiters must have reasonably good DJ skills and pay them for their work. But, in my opinion, money is less important than the other factors.
