Hi! My name is John, Poker John. ( ) In a recent month I have really thought about self improvement. I have made a little improvement, and got off my ass a little more than usual, but today, TODAY is the day, that a new chapter of my life begins..
Little about me: I live in Eastern Europe. I have just now finished vocational school. I am currently working as a phone service technician (I repair phones). I plan to take 1 year off school and work. Right now I earn 400 euro a month, of witch 180 go in my bills (rent, water, electricity and so on). I live in two room apartment (both rooms separated), with a buddy of mine and his girlfriend. So I am not wealthy. You get the idea. I' m 1.75m (5'9) tall. I weigh 65kg (143 pounds). This is how I look:

My average day - get up at 9am, make hair, work from 10am till 2pm, 1 hour lunch, 3pm - 7pm work, get home, make dinner, maybe take a shower and sit by computer doing bull**** until it is 1am and time for bed.
Why am I making this journal? Well, i do it mostly for my self. This will be my journal, that I can look at in a few months, years and compare, how far have I become, and if I can inspire someone to get off their ass along the way - I will count it as victory as well. Note, that this journal will not be about success with women, but about success in life in general. I expect that this journal will begin with the smallest victories. Maybe some of the things, I will consider rare victories, some guys here achieve in daily bases, but I feel pretty confident, that in a couple of months I will achieve things, that are really worth reading.
GAME-PLAN. I really enjoy watching RSDTyler on youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/user/RSDTyler ). LOVE THAT GUY! Once he did bring upon an interesting point - there are 5 key elements in a successful life:
•Health
•Wealth
•Relationships
•Higher purpose
•Self acceptance
But you need to work at all of these aspects of life, like if you are really wealthy, but your health is down the toilet. You getting sick all the time, and most of your free time you spend at home. What was the point in making all that money than? The bottom line, keep in mind these 5 elements and work at them. But what if we take it 1 step forward. What if you really work at some of these elements EVERYDAY, even a little, day by day, and do it for the next 10 - 15 years. The gap between you and the average person will be tremendous.
Than Tyler brought up something noteworthy, that I think all of us newbies should think about - when an average guy decides to make self improvement, he often starts with improving himself visually, which is all right. He starts to go to the gym, makes better diet, and puts all of his focus on this healthy fitness thing, thinking - that is how you attract girls. By doing that, you dig a bigger hole for yourself. You stop focusing on the real issue - your inner game. And why does these guy do that - because it is a lot easier to make a new diet, than to go outside and embares yourself in public. Now watch this and lets move on:

Goals for 20.08.2014 - 24.08.2014.
I will start by improving my health and appearance (like the average Joe would we talked about earlier). But don't worry. These are just the first 4 days. The list will get bigger in a few days, with more interesting points...
•No smoking (full time smoker for a year. It will be rather hard to quit, due to my roommates smoke, but **** it. Lets suffer);
•Drink 3 litters of water a day;
•No jacking off (this is gonna hurt like a *****. I wack off once in 2 days in average so yeah..);
•Brush teeth 2 times a day (need to start to take care of those beautiful yellow teeth);
•No snacks, sweets (mostly to decrease the dopamine level);
•Get up at 7am (probably the hardest part of all).
•3 awesome and healthy meals a day
•Internet only for improvement type of material. No funny pictures type of bull****. Guess I can say bye to 9gag for some time.
So lets make the snowball roll. Why snowball? Because when snowball rolls, little by little, it gets bigger and bigger. CHEERS!
