POF's stealth fatties

Whats up with all the stealther fatties on POF? Gorgeous looking face, super creative photography skills. I mean WTF, dating sites are supposed to sell you the person, not some concept of a perfect you. Heck after she takes off the makeup, heels, push up bra, and whatever else she can think of to trick men into thinking she looks better it's a totally different person!

What blows is that these girls tend to bite alot(pun intended lol). I feel bad asking them for a body shot. Any tips you guys might have to ward off the fatties besides just asking them for a body shot?

Kind of a tuffie for me because I am a dedicated boob afficionado, and sometimes the nicest cans are on chubby girls.

I learned from an ex of all people, if you can see her collarbones clearly in the head shot, you're probably ok. If not, well more likely she's not "average". Occasionally you can use this to find girls online listed as a "few extra" who just think they're heavy...these are good cause nobody fights over them.

Also look at the arms. Usually bigger girls have fat arms. Skinny face but big arms = fatty in disguise

eh, when I was on top of my online game, I'd ALWAYS ask for another recent pic. This does a lot besides just figuring out if they're trying to hide something. It also says "I'm just not going to go out with anyone." It's a good way to have them start to qualify themselves to you.

But either way, If you're going to online date, I wouldn't recommend POF.

POF is whack, stay away from it.

Most of the women on there are hideous and the ones that aren't have SERIOUS entitlement issues. They think because they get lots of traffic on that crappy site that they're hot sh*t. A 5 or 6 on there, acts like a high 8 or 9 would in real life. True story.

I just had to pop back in and comment on this. Match.com is the way to go. Night and day difference and much more attractive women than pof. You do indeed get what you pay for.


Now, there is ways around the headshot only pics. I tried asking for a full body pic but that rarely works. I have a vague facebook account setup for the purpose of bouncing chicks off some dating sites. I ask them to add me on facebook, and most do. They also put lots more pictures on their facebook most times, which helps to reveal the truth. I've gone out with some headshot only girls that turned out to be pretty decent.
