You need an outlet, somewhere to direct your focus and hitting the gym or even a martial art or dance class is going to make a difference.

It sounds like you have a victim mindset and it's important to take action now or this is going to stick with you. Bodybuilding worked for me and many others on this forum so that would be my personal recommendation.

When people tell you you suck you can either let it destroy you, or use it as energy to make you work harder. Either way, don't let that fool bother you (if he is trying to talk himself up remind him that he is nobody on a large scale as to be talking shyt).

thx you guys i was really feelin bad yesterday. unfortunatly i have no time to go to a gym so i try to workout at home. i think im just gonna use his comment as a challenge to get better. the only people who get to the top are the ones with the most mental drive. words to live by

"The Fountainhead" is one of my favorite books. Toohey is portrayed as the antagonist, and Roark as the hero. Toohey's primary purpose in life is to steal the souls of others -- he gets high off of the power. My favorite quote from the book is this:

Why bother even giving these people the gift of consideration? They shouldn't mean much to you to begin with, even less after their little acts.

Don't stress yourself out by thinking about them. Just hold yourself to high standards and you will have no reason to feel bad about life.

As far as frustration with other people goes, I have a professor who not only fails to teach us any of the material we need to know, but he is counter-productive by giving us the most time consuming projects and no resources or tools for us to complete them with. I am spending probably 5 hours a day on his class. Is it stressful? You bet. How do I deal with it? I remind myself that I will just have to work a little harder. Just a little harder.
 

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

thx everyone this has def. given me a moral boost. i took things into action by telling my teacher that things are getting out of control and he taught with an iron fist today, it was just as fun (maybe better) and we got alot done.

okay, to be honest...

...i punch walls (preferrably concrete or brick), then do push-ups on my knuckles. this is when I'm extremely stressed out and no other exercise gets it out of my system. too much energy, so I seriously need to deliver some pain to my system.

then I try to laugh as much as possible.

so, pain + laughter = stress gone...for me at least. i also recommend not doing this in the presence of anyone else. people will think you are crazy for punching something that cannot be broken, and inflicting pain on yourself. true, but it could help you.

or, you could just try exercising to exhaustion, and apply this as a last resort.

i admit, this could be absolutely terrible advice, so please don't hurt yourself then blame me for it. use at your own risk...because i have hurt myself quite a few times doing this...but for some odd reason, that's why i keep doing it, i like the pain when i'm stressed out.

i don't know, it's just something in your original post that made me feel like it was a very urgent plea for help.
