Hi guys, can you please see whether this is a good routine or not? I am bored of my old routine and I have slacked off for the last few weeks and wanna get back on track. I HAVE to have only a 2 day routine. I made some good gains of my old routine.
Day 1: Back and chest and abs
Pull ups: 3 * 8-10
Bench: 3 * 8-10, 1 * 5
Incline/decline DB bench : 3 * 8-10
Abs: 3 *10
Barbell row: 2 * 10-12
Deadlift: 4 * 8-10
Day 2:
Tricep Dips: 3 * 8-10
Shoulder press: 3 * 8-10
Dumbbell lateral raise : 2 * 8-10
Calf raise: 2 *15
Squat: 4 * 8-10
