im back
after weeks of computer problems im back lol
sooo
a bit of progress has been made but not much, i injured my left shoulder, then my right, but there both ok now, i think i just twinged them but it slowed my progress right down
right now i have mangaged
Bench: 80kg x 3
Squat 100kg x 2
Deadlift: 120-125kg x 1 (varies day by day)
ive started drinking more but doesnt seem to make me weaker just slow me down for a day or so
ive started doing some boxing after weight training also just to keep the heart going
sooo tonights workout was a bit messed up as the gym was packed and flat bench was outta action so i did:
decline bench press: 70kg x 5 x 5, 75kg x 5, 80kg x 3, 85kg x 1 -could have gotten 90kg probably but held back a bit as first day back on my right shoulder
DB bench press: 22kg x 10 x 10 x 10 - put my legs up on the bench and twisted the dumbbells for this just felt like these needed some flat work
DB shoulder press: 20kg x 5 x 5 x 5, 22kg x 5 x 5 x 5 just kept on going :S felt really hard, but my shoulders needed it i think :S
Skull crushers: 30kg x 5 x 5 couldnt be fvcked with these triceps felt weak after taking a battering all workout
I did 10 mins boxing after this which really hit me in the shoulders, but overall a good workout!
