Pimples on my neck

I've got some budding pimples on my neck just below my chin. The problem is, if I shave there then the pimples get worse, if I don't shave then I'll have one of those weird neck-beards.

Advice?

use aftershave, use pore-cleansers after shaving.

Or you can go my route, where you just pop them as they come, and save yourself some pain from the acids and alcohols you'd otherwise throw on your face.

I heard clearpores is supposed to be pretty good for acne and pimples. One of my friend swears by it.
