Does anyone here had a pimple on the lip before? I have it and I'm wondering how long they go away

That may be a cold sore (herpes). Those bad boys get a lot worse before they get better. They usually go away after about 10 days or so.

man I'm in the same boat. Woke up this morning and popped mine. If you have some pro active refining mask it should dry it up pretty quick.
