Thanks warboss =) Post a couple of pics of your wheels man, so I have something to strive for. :up: Seems we have the same genetics, so it would be cool to see where my legs will end up after 10 years of training.

C'mon people I know there are lots of people who have made transformations.

Mind over Matter is anoter great example, but I don't have any pics. Looks totaly awesome and is a big inspiration for me. He's cut to the bone and big at the same time.

Right now your legs are more defined than mine are, so, err.. you can be the quad king for the moment. ;)

Hey semag, do you have a light case of gynecomastia or is is it all muscle in your chest? No to piss you off, as I do have gyno myself, I'm just curious.

since then, i've managed to lose 5lbs (scary thought that tbh, but i've been getting my share of cardio), while adding 20kg to my bench, 40kg to my deads and 30kg to my squats, so my shapes a lot better; i'll put some new pics on soon.

Great transformation man. =) Yeah Diesels stuff really kill the strength. =( Terrible. What are your maxes up to now?

Gav. Last time I saw you it was those exact pics I saw. It will be great to see the new pics dude, improving that much in the core exercises usually means alot bigger. :D Thanks for the compliment btw.

*feels current boobage* they don't feel like girl boobs... and I think my bench isn't too bad... Damnit man, now you have me all self conscious!

Double: I haven't maxxed in a while and I'm taking this week off... but lemme see, my last workouts were 265 for 6 or 7 on squats, paused at the bottom (ATG) for 2 seconds. I was hitting 385 for 4 (w/ wrist straps) on deads, although I could cleanly pull like 330 w/ no straps for 1. My bench workout was at like 255 x 5, but I need to work on keeping my ass down on the bench ;)

Those pics were 5'10" & 170 lbs?? (at the end)

Now I'm like hovering around 200lbs, but not quite that low a body fat... I think I'm maybe 10-13 lbs of fat away from that point... so maybe 20 lb lean mass gain? not sure. I do know I'm a lot stronger than those pics.

that are some good stats man how much do you bb row and chinup(if you do)? have pictures of the 200lbs body?

thanks man, no pics of the 200 lbs body right now, trying to slowly drop some fat ;) keep the weight around the same... hahha..

bbrow?? I was doin them off the floor with like 225 for 4-6

and for chinups, i'd do 6 w/ 45 lb dumbbell

i feel you man i hate low calorie cutting cycles too.....i will do it the DC way next time too =)

chinups sound really good to me considering your "high" bf

your rows prove to me that everybodys bench is a bit better than their row except for lifeforce :D
