I have consultations with 3 plastic surgeons and 3 hair restoration specialists over the next 8 days.

I'll call for nutritionists and style consultants tomorrow.
I'm fairly certain at this point you are trolling for entertainment. In the remote chance you are not, I owe this to you, and this will the last of my input regarding improvements to work toward:

1) IF you did schedule three appointments with board-certified PSs, dermatologists, hair specialists you are strictly seeking their opinion:

a) Do not spend monies or leave deposits no matter what they they tell you. Report back here with their opinions. You are doing this strictly to become aware of what you can work toward in the future;

b) Do not request input on surgeries such as nose, chin, or cheek augmentation. Surgeries can be permanent. You are requesting opinions on temporary fillers, specifically Radiesse, Sculptra, or Restalyne. This fillers will last less than a year, and will disappear entirely, leaving your face exactly as it is today.

2) Do spend monies on a gym membership and personal trainer;

3) Do spend monies on a nutritionist and do due diligence on dieting properly;

4) Do spend monies on a stylist and clothing;

5) Do go out, socialize, and learn to communicate and socialize better.

Remember, you could be a millionaire or have perfect aesthetics, but if you don't know how to communicate/socialize well, you will fail with women. Focalize on No. 5, as that is your biggest hurdle.

Two facets in this "game":
1) The product; (1-4)
2) Marketing the product effectively. (5)

I don't even know where to start on #5. Currently, I just get drunk until I'm bold enough to possibly say a few words. But by then, I'm usually too angry to even say anything productive or sensible.

Other option is stay sober and try to force conversation with people that don't want to talk to me.

I'm the first person in the history of the Florida State (mental) Hospital to ever have done so much acid they felt like a reptile. That's where they send the criminally insane. I also had a schizophrenia diagnosis for years, but it's been reversed as my symptoms have gone away since I've been off drugs.

Can you beat that?
I can. I was like you in a lot of ways, and even worse off than you in others. I actually did have personality disorders that I fixed without the help of any person or drug. I forced myself to change, permanently. No psychiatrist or doctor to see me, none of that. And I did it before I even finished puberty. My short 18 years was harder than your 30. Quit complaining all the time.

Surgery is probably a waste of money.

But I can't change my personality to be extroverted and happy. When I go out, seems like everyone else is laughing and having a great time and enjoying the company of other people. While I am not. Especially not after 10 beers. But not even before. I really just don't enjoy socializing. Especially not with other males.
I feel you bro, I'm just like you, I don't have fun with friends, I prefer to go out by myself.. But this I think its due to my mental problem from the past. Anxiety is one hell of a bytch.. Anyway, you dont need to socialize with male AT ALL, you're there for woman, you could work on your OLD game for now until you get good results. At the beginning on OLD it was a complete disaster until I learned how to use it properly.. Stay positive ! Oh and by the way, woman that are actually interested are pretty fun to talk to, you can say pratically whatever the fvck you want and they'll still enjoy your company and who knows maybe you're gonna have a good time too

Haha. You THINK so. Personality disorder is not schizophrenia.

You've never seen the inside of a jail, prison, mental Hospital, ICU, ER, trauma center, etc.

Never seen the inside of a jail? Yes I have.

Mental hospital? Yes I have.
ICU, ER? Yes I have.
Trauma center, I will admit I have not.

Of those I have seen, it was for different reasons than yours. I’ll make sure that if I do a crime, I won’t get caught. Or rather, I won’t get in trouble for it whether I get caught or not. That’s the difference between you and me. Plus, I have actually fixed myself and gained the strength to admit that there’s is something wrong with me while you cannot and never will.

How can you have gone to prison if you are 18? You couldn't have done very long.

What were your injuries?
