Phone/ Text Game on a 10

This one is driving me absolutely crazy. I picked up this incredibly gorgeous girl at a juice stand (she works there) around 3 weeks ago, but I can't get her to to hang out outside of work. We've been doing the text message thing where she keeps on dropping ioi's, but every time i ask her to come out she's always got something to do (mind you, she's really busy training people and such for the school year, but ive had girls completely ditch everything for me many times before... so i'm finding this pretty odd).

So far my game has included lots of negging and comfort building... it's actually gotten to the point where i talk to her coworkers how bingo, etc. was, knowing they went together... far beyond how much time I would like to talk to a girl I haven't made out with yet.

My in person game has gotten pretty good, where I'm doing k-closes within 15 minutes, and I know I can do it with her... but how can I get to see her in a way to get some kino going?

Good point. Any ideas on how to play this one then? I'm getting girls at clubs and such, but this phone game crap is killing me... Especially with the 10s.

Get a HOT female friend to do you a favor: accompany you to "run into" your target chick. Have your friend act like she's on a date with you, and SHE is more into you than you into her. Just have a smile on your face like you have already "hit it" with your date previously.
Then... sit back and read the texts that come in. you can also do this with your targets friends. If nothing else, its worth a laugh, and it will be fun. Be sure to be dressed well, and also to take your fake date to a bar afterwards, to CONTINUE your ways in the form of social valueing. Hot chicks can be great wingwomen so it will be fun.... either way.
