Senior Don Juan
At the beginning of this month, I posted a message about a pick-up. Wide smiles. She was really happy giving her #. Said she was seeing someone (see one of my earlier posts, called similar to "Cold Approach"), but blurted that it was "nothing serious". I phoned her two days later and asked (oops) her what she was doing on Wednesday. She said [sport], BUT I still want to talk to you in person.
We didn't really have any rapport that night because she had to get some stuff done at work before the next day. (The first thing I did was ask if she had a few minutes to talk. Then, when she apologized a few times, I asked what her number was. For the complete details, search sosuave.com. I can re-post everything if needed.)
Fastforward to now. I have been seeing her occasionally (once or twice at the local gym tops, sometimes none at all) from week to week. (Note: I have not phoned her at all since my first phone call.) As the month went on, she gave me more and more signals (very STRONG eye contact, big grin/excited to see me, propping her legs on the table one time, lots of high interest examples). Thus, I misinterpreted her and rejected her one day. The next week that I saw her, she completely ignored me. Trusting my hunch, I broke a DJ rule and approached her, saying that there was a "miscommunication on my behalf" and that I have currently mid-terms. I suggested that (not verbatim) "Maybe we could get together sometime down the line?" She was really nervous (maybe blushing -- she looked redder in the face than I've ever seen her before that evening) and very, very quickly blurted out "Maybe. Sure!". No eye contact there... she was looking down... my guess at my crotch, but that's just speculation! She then wished me a good night. I've noticed that she only does this whenever I've been super-DJ around her. (ie. cool, collected, direct style)
I haven't seen her since. This was last Thursday. My mid-terms are over, and this girl who once shot me down over the phone is being left in limbo.
Should I phone her up and ask her out, or ask her out the next time I see her? That would likely be either tomorrow or Thursday.
Thanks in advance. Persistence really does payoff, huh?
